We launched our monthly webinar series on Wednesday 6th of March 7pm!
We were joined by Rita Seery, PhD student at Queen’s University Belfast and author of ‘An Exploratory Study into the Backgrounds and Perspectives of Equine-Assisted Service Practitioners’, and Dr Clare O’Kane, researcher, and author of both the 2020 and 2023 One Equine Trust reports.
We used this opportunity to compare the findings of the two recent EAS practitioner studies, Rita Seery’s 2024 study and the One Equine 2023 report (listed below). We also facilitated a discussion around these papers with the aim of creating future objectives to better support practitioners, increase awareness, and create a connected and sustainable practice.
